1 cup broccoli florets (fresh, small). 1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh). 1cup sliced carrots (diagonally). 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1 teaspoon ground ginger. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 3 tablespoons non fat sour cream. 2 teaspoons cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon honey. 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Preparation !
Steam the vegetables, covered 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water drain well. Combine spices in a skillet over medium heat and cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. In a medium bowl, combine spice mixture, sour cream, vinegar, and honey. Add vegetables and mix well.
