Ingredient ! 2 cups fresh or frozen mango slices. 1 half cups organic cane sugar. 2 cups water. Juice of 6 limes. 10 ice cubes. 4 sprigs of mint.
Preparation ! In a small pot, boil the water and cane sugar until sugar dissolves. Add half cup of sugar water, mango slices and lime juice to the blender. Puree until smooth. Now add the rest of the sugar water and blend for 2 minutes. Serve in tall glasses over ice with a sprig of mint.
