6-8 taco shells
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups toasted boiled chicken
1/3 cup red hot buffalo sauce
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 avocados, peeled and chopped
2/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1-1 / 2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese
Preparation!
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit Place taco shells on baking sheet and heat in oven in accordance with packaging instructions.
Meanwhile, heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic to the boil and stir until tender, approx. 4-6 minutes.
Add celery, chicken, buffalo sauce and heavy cream stirring for approx. one minute to heat through, and remove from heat.
Fill taco shells with part of the chicken mixture, and top with tomatoes, avocados, blue cheese salad dressing and toasted cheese. Serve immediately.
