Salata (Afghan Salad)

Ingrediens!
4 baby Persian cucumbers
2 large tomatoes
1/2 pile of parsley
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tablespoon dried mint
Salt
Preparation!
Wash your vegetables, especially parsley individually, to make sure it is clean.
Fine diced tomatoes and cucumber.
Finely chop parsley until you get to the stalks that you can discard.
When you are ready to serve the salad, squeeze the lemons juice and add salt and dried mint.
