Ingredient!
1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers
4 whole cloves
1 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla pods (section)
1/2 cup of honey
3/4 cup sugar
2 pots of water
Preparation!
Combine hibiscus flowers with cloves, cinnamon stick and vanilla pod in a large pot. Add 2 boiled boiling water and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Turn off the heat, sweeten with honey or sugar and steep for 1 hour.
2 Strain, press the flowers to extract all the juices. Serve hot or cold.
