Ingredient!
Chicken cubes 2 centimeters cubes
Oil
Garlic pasta
Ginger pasta
Salt
Boiled rice
Long beans finely chopped
Celery finely chopped
Carrots finely chopped
Brown sugar 1 tsp
1 egg
Chinese Salt
Soy sauce
Preparation!
Cook rice (should not be sticky but fluffy) and separate the grains.
In a frying pan heat oil, add garlic, ginger and onion cook for few seconds and add sugar and mix.
Add eggs and keep stirring until fried.
Add the chicken mixture well and cook until tender and water evaporates.
Add all vegetables and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
Add rice, salt, Chinese salt and soy sauce and mix well. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes and serve.
