Chicken Schezwan Style Recipe

Ingredient!
250 grams of boneless chicken cut into 1/2 cube
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic chopped finely and ground
1 tablespoon chopped finely and ground
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3-4 whole red peppers
3/4 cup onion chopped fine
1/4 cup bamboo shot-cut
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup oil
Some greens for garnish (like finely chopped spring onion)
Preparation!
Mix chicken with ground pasta and vinegar.
Store for at least 1/2 hour.
Heat the oil in a wok and add the full red peppers and saute over high heat until they darken slightly.
Add the onions and stir fry over high heat to shine.
Lift out the onions and peppers and keep them aside.
Add the chicken and stir fry over high heat until opaque.
Lower the heat and cook it to tender. Add the onion mixture and bamboo shoots and mix.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and mix well over high heat.
Serve warm garnished with greens.
