Ingredient!
5-6 slices
1/2 cup grated boiled potatoes (about 3-4 medium potatoes)
1/4 cup Chopped Vegetables (Capsicum, Cabbage and Carrot)
1 tablespoon Boiled corn
1 tablespoon Chopped green chili
1/8 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon red chili sauce
2 tablespoons of Maida
1 tbsp Fin Rava (Semolina)
1/4 cup of water
Sesame seeds for decoration
Salt two varieties
Preparation!
Cut the bread into round coin form using any steel container or any round container. Shrink left over the sides of a mixer grinder.
In a bowl mixture toasted boiled potatoes, chopped vegetables, boiled corn, chopped green chili, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili sauce and salt. Now add 4 tablespoon crumbs (obtained by grinding the bread sides in step 1) and prepare a thick mixture.
In a separate bowl, prepare thick pasta using Maida, Semolina and Water.
Take a loaf of bread and spread the vegetable mixture over it and coat with maida-rava paste just fine. Also, make two layers on the sides. Spread sesame seeds over the top. Repeat steps for the rest of the bread coins.
Refrigerate the bread coins for at least 30 minutes.
Low fry 2 loaf coins at a time on medium to high golden brown flame. Make sure to fry on both sides evenly. Alternatively, you can also freeze the bread coins. When done, remove to a paper towel to remove excess oil. Repeat the process for the rest of the bread coins.
Delicious bread coins are ready to eat! Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
