Ingredients!
2 teaspoons of oil
1 egg waved
1/2 teaspoon pureed ginger
6-7 cloves of garlic, pureed
1 chopped red chili
1 bowl of steamed rice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander
Prepare it!
Add oil in a pan.
Add the egg. Let it cook for a while.
Add ginger, garlic and red chili.
Add the steamed rice. Throw well.
Add salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
