Low fat Tiramisu

Ingredients!
2 medium eggs
16 ounces of fat-free cream cheese
75 grams (2/3 cup) pour (raw) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons coffee flavor liqueur
200 milliliters liters (7 fluid ounces) of strong black coffee
24 female fingers
1 level teaspoon of cocoa powder
Prepare it!
Separate the eggs. Place cream cheese in a bowl of egg yolks, caster sugar and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth. Beat the egg whites and fold in the mixture. Put a third of the mixture into the bottom of a rectangular 900 ml bowl with a capacity of 2 pints.
Mix liqueur and coffee. Dab half of the sponge fingers in the liquid and put in the dish. Spread a third of the mixture over the long fingers and then dip the remaining cookies and place it over the creamy mixture. Finish with a layer of creamy mixture and dust with the cocoa powder.
Refrigerate the dish one night before serving.
