Ingredient!
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon, finely chopped
1/4 honey
1 lemon juice
A pinch of salt and pepper
A pinch of grated lemon zest
A pinch of chopped parsley or coriander
Preparation!
Marinate paneer with some salt and turmeric for 20 minutes.
In a wok (pan), heat olive oil.
When hot add garlic.
Sauter.
Now add honey and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
When the sauce gets good ans thick add the paneer.
You can also add more tax if you want.
Sprinkle with a little lemon zest.
Add some chopped parsley or cilantro if you like.
Mix well.
Garnish with a little lemon juice and coriander.
