Beef ribs in brazilian style

Ingredient!
1 (3 pound) grid with whole beef ribs (no short ribs)
2 tablespoons sea salt, or more if necessary
3/4 cup of water
Preparation!
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
Place beef rib meat in front of you on a work surface with the glossy white membrane facing up. Slide the blade of a sharp knife under the membrane on one side and, if possible, cut the membrane into one piece of meat. Discard the tough membrane. Rub the ribs thoroughly with sea salt, front and back. Place the ribs on a grill rack in a roasting tin.
Bake in the preheated oven until soft, about 6 hours. Stir the meat lightly with water (use meat broth if you wish) after the first hour and a half, and be careful not to chase away the salt. Drive again every 45 minutes to 1 hour; Remove the total cooking time from the oven after 6 hours and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into portions.
