Ingredient!
1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup cheese (favorite, shredded)
2 ounces of cream cheese
1 shallot (small, cubes)
olive oil
Preparation!
Chop cauliflower in food processor for consistency of rice.
Saute shallots in olive oil for opaque. Add cauliflower. Cook 3-5 minutes until desired consumption.
Stir in shredded cheese and soften cream cheese, cover for 3 min until cheese is melted. Add favorite herbs and spices, and serve
