Ingredient
1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup cheese (preferred, shredded)
2 ounces of cream cheese
1 shallot (small, diced)
olive oil
Preparation!
Chop the cauliflower in a food processor until rice-like.
Fry the shallots in olive oil until they are opaque. Add the cauliflower. Cook 3-5min until desired considencey.
Stir in grated cheese and soften cream cheese, cover for 3 minutes until cheese is melted. Add favorite herbs and spices and serve
