African Hibiscus Punch

Ingredient!
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
4 whole pods
1 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla pods (section)
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup sugar
2 liters of water
Preparation!
Mix the hibiscus flowers with the cloves, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla pod in a large jar. Add 2 liters of boiling water and boil for 1 minute, stirring. Turn off the heat, sweeten with honey or sugar and leave to infuse for 1 hour.
2 Strain, pressing the flowers to extract all the juices. Serve hot or cold.
