Brazilian carrot cake

Ingredient!
3 large carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices
4 eggs
1 cup frying oil
2 cups of white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of instant hot chocolate mix
Three-headed milk
Preparation!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease the baking tin.
Place the carrots, eggs and oil in a blender or bowl of a food processor. Process until the carrots are finely chopped. Pour the carrot mixture into a mixing bowl. Stir in 2 cups of sugar until everything is well mixed. Stir in the flour and baking powder; mix until well mixed. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until the top bounces after forty minutes, if lightly touched.
Meanwhile, make the cherry by placing the butter, 1 cup of sugar, instant hot chocolate drink mix and milk in a pan. Heat while stirring until almost boiling over medium heat until the mixture thickens. When the cake is ready, remove from the oven and immediately spread the cherry evenly over the top.
