Ingredient!
1 1 / 2ounces of light rum
Blue curacao of 1 / 2ounce
2ounces of pineapple juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
fresh pineapple, wedge garnish
Preparation!
Mix all ingredients except the garnish in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with pineapple and serve.
