Ingredient!
For the fried rice with eggs:
3 eggs
½ cup green peas
1 bunch of small onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt to taste
1 cup basmati rice (you can use any rice)
3 cups of water
Salt to taste
Preparation!
Take the rice in a pan and wash it (pour water in the pan and take it out, keeping your hand on the edge of the pan).
Boil 3 cups of water in the kettle and add to the rice pan.
Keep the pan on high and add salt.
Cook for 10-12 minutes over high heat. It will be necessary to mix between the two.
Check the rice by taking one in your finger (be careful, it will be too hot) and pressing it. If it’s sweet, it’s cooked.
Now put all the rice in the sieve, all the water will be filtered from the rice. Leave for 2-3 minutes to get rid of all the water.
