Ingredient!
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1/4 honey
1 lemon juice
A pinch of salt and pepper
A pinch of grated lemon zest
A pinch of chopped parsley or coriander
Preparation!
Marinate the breadcrumbs with some salt and turmeric for 20 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a wok (pan).
Add the garlic when it is hot.
Bin.
Now add the honey and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once the sauce is nice and thick, add the paneer.
You can also add more honey if you want.
Sprinkle some lemon zest.
Add some chopped parsley or coriander if you want.
Mix well.
Garnish with some lemon juice and coriander.
