Ingredient!
5-6 Sliced ​​breads
1/2 cup grated boiled potatoes
1/4 cup chopped vegetables
1 tablespoon Boiled corn
1 tablespoon chopped green peppers
1/8 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon red chili sauce
2 tablespoon Maida
1 tablespoon Fine Rava
1/4 cup of water
Sesame seeds for decoration
Salt to taste
Preparation!
Cut the bread into a round coin shape using a steel container or a round barrel. Crush the remaining sides in a mixer.
In a bowl mix grated boiled potatoes, chopped vegetables, boiled corn, chopped green peppers, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili sauce and salt. Now add 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and prepare a thick mixture.
Prepare thick pasta with Maida, Semolina and Water in a separate bowl.
Take a loaf of bread and spread the vegetable mixture on top and cover the maida rava pasta nicely. Make sure the sides are also good. Spread sesame seeds over the top. Repeat the step for the rest of the bread coins.
Cool the bread tokens in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Shallow fry 2 bread tokens at medium to high heat until golden brown. Make sure you roast evenly on both sides. Alternatively you can deep-fry the bread coins. When you’re done, take a paper napkin to remove excess oil. Repeat the process for the rest of the bread coins.
Delicious bread coins are ready to eat! Serve warm with green chutney or sauce.
