Ingredient!
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of white sugar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 1/2 pounds of fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Preparation!
Beat the rice vinegar, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and mustard together. Sprinkle in the peanut oil and sesame oil while waving strongly to emulsify. Put aside.
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the asparagus to the water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until they are soft, but still quite firm. Remove and rinse under cold water to stop boiling.
Place the asparagus in a large bowl and sprinkle the dressing over the asparagus. Cast until evenly coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
