Caribbean fish and rice

Ingredient
4 ounces of tilapia
1/3 cup rice
1/4 cup celery
1/8 cup portabella mushrooms
1/8 cup red pepper
1/8 cup onion
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon of orange concentrate
1 tablespoon carribean-Jerk sauce
Tablespoonground black pepper
1 / 8tablespoon garlic salt
Onion salt 1 / 8tablespoon
Tablespoon cayenne pepper
Preparation!
Bring everything to a boil, add the rice and cook for 35 to 40 minutes until the desired texture is reached.
Wash the vegetables. Cut and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the orange concentrate, Carribean-Jerk sauce and lemon juice. Whisk together.
Season the fish with garlic salt, onion salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Add to the skillet over low heat and cover. Cook until the fish reaches 155 ° Fahrenheit.
When the fish and rice finish cooking, remove the fish from the heat and from the plate. Wipe pan and return to heat.
Drain the rice water, mix the sauce and the vegetables. Add to the pan, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and plate next to the fish
