Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Ingredient!
4 halves of chicken fillet without bones
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices of cooked ham
1/2 cup spiced breadcrumbs
Preparation!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenhite (175 degrees Celsius). Coat a Seven Multiple 11-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Pound chicken breasts up to 1/4 inch thick
Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each breast.
Roll each breast up and secure with a toothpick. Place in the baking dish and sprinkle the chicken evenly with breadcrumbs
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink. Remove from the oven and place a 1/2 cheese slice on top of each breast.
Return to the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Remove toothpicks and serve immediately.
