Ingredient!
Chicken cubes in cubes of 2 centimeters
Oil
garlic pasta
Ginger paste
salt
Cooked rice
Chopped long beans
Celery finely chopped
Finely chopped carrots
Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
1 egg
Chinese salt
Soy sauce
Preparation!
Boil Rice (should not be sticky but fluffy) and separate the grains.
In a pan with fried oil, garlic, ginger and onion, add a few seconds and add sugar and mix.
Add the egg and keep stirring until it is fried.
Add the chicken mix well and cook until it is soft and the water has evaporated.
Add all vegetables and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
Add rice, salt, Chinese salt and soy sauce and mix well. Bake over low heat for 4 minutes and serve.
