Chicken Schezwan style recipe

Ingredient!
250 grams of boneless chicken cut into 1/2 cube
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped and ground garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped and ground
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
3-4 whole red peppers
3/4 cup lacquered very well
1/4 cup bamboo cup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup oil
Some vegetables for garnish (such as finely chopped onions)
Preparation!
Mix the chicken with the ground pasta and the vinegar.
Store for at least 1/2 hour.
Heat the oil in a wok and add whole red peppers and sauté over high heat until they darken a bit.
Add the onions and stir over high heat to make them shine.
Take out the onions and peppers and set them aside.
Add the chicken and sauté over high heat until it is opaque.
Lower the heat and cook. Add the onion mixture and bamboo shoots and mix.
Add the soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and mix well over high heat.
Serve warmly garnished with greenery.
