Ingredient!
1 teaspoon yeast
1/4 cup of water
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup of water
1 cup rest curry
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup panko bread crumbs

Mix the yeast and hot water in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix in the flour, sugar, salt, butter and water to form a dough.
Crack the dough onto a lightly floured surface for approx. 10 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in size, approx. 60-90 minutes.
Knead the dough and knead for 2 minutes.
Put the dough back into the bowl and let it rise again.
Knead the dough and knead for 2 minutes.
Cut the dough into 8 pieces and set it aside.
mash the curry to form a paste.
Mix the egg and milk in a bowl.
Roll out one of the dough pieces into a 6-inch circle and place a spoonful of curry in the middle.
Brush some of the egg wash around the edge of half the dough and fold it over and squeeze the dough closed. Fold the pin to one side.
Repeat 11 and 12 until done.
Dip the formed bread into the egg wash and then dip them into the panko breadcrumbs to cover.
Cover the loaf with plastic and charge while heating the oil.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Put the bread in the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, approx. 60-90 seconds per Page.
