Ingredient!
250 grams of boneless chicken cut into 1/2 cubes
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic-finely chopped and ground
1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped and ground
1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
3-4 whole red peppers
3/4 cup onions – finely chopped
Cut 1/4 cup bamboo shoots
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of oil
Some vegetables for garnish (such as finely chopped spring onion leaves)
Preparation!
Mix the chicken with the ground pasta and vinegar.
Stay aside for at least half an hour.
Heat the oil in a wok and add the whole red pepper and cook over high heat until they get a little dark.
Add the onions and stir fry over high heat until they are shiny.
Lift the onions and peppers and keep them apart.
Add the chicken and stir-fry on high heat until it is covering.
Reduce the heat and cook until soft. Add the onion mixture and bamboo shoots and mix.
Add the soy sauce, chili sauce and salt and mix well on high heat.
Serve warmly garnished with the greens.
