Ingredient!
1 Large mango, diced
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon tablespoon of yogurt
A few mint leaves – to garnish
1 cup of ice cream
Preparation!
Put the blind mango, lemon juice, honey, yogurt and ice in a blender. Mix until smooth
During mixing you can add milk if the smoothie is too thick or alternatively add water to the desired consistency
Taste the drink to adjust the sweetness as desired by adding more honey and mixing again
Pour into a tall glass, add the remaining mango cubes and finely tear the mint leaves to garnish. Easily peasy and satisfying.
