Ingredient
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1/4 honey
1 lemon juice
A pinch of salt and pepper
A pinch of grated lemon zest
A pinch of chopped parsley or coriander
Preparation!
Marinate the paneer with salt and turmeric for 20 minutes.
In a wok (pan) heat the olive oil.
Once hot add the garlic.
Jumped up.
Now add honey and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once the sauce becomes nice and thick, add the paneer.
You can add more honey if you wish.
Sprinkle a little lemon zest.
Add a little chopped parsley or cilantro if desired.
Mix well.
Garnish with lemon juice and cilantro.
