1 whole chicken
1 onion bulb
1 garlic bulb
1 lemon with slices on it
50 grams of butter
6 sprigs of thyme
6 sprigs of rosemary

For the mashed potatoes
4 potatoes
1/4 cup milk
100 grams of butter

For the black tomato salad
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
Small cubes of toast

Preparation!
Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and massage.
In the chicken cavity, add the onion, thyme, rosemary and half a lemon.
Add the garlic thyme and the rosemary to the chicken.
Massage a little butter on the chicken.
Roast in the oven for an hour and a half at 200 degrees Celsius.
For the mashed potatoes
Put some steamed potatoes in a tray and mash.
Add the hot milk and cold butter to the puree.
Stir continuously until you have a foam and add salt and pepper.
For the black tomato salad
In a bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, bread cubes, tomatoes, onions, chopped garlic and basil leaves.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add the remaining chicken stalk during serving.
