Ingrdients!
12 ounces of fresh strawberries, peeled
White sugar with 3/4 cups
2 cups heavy whipped cream
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 small pinch of salt
2 drops of red food coloring (optional)
Preparation!
Put strawberries and sugar in a blender and pulse until puree stiff for 10 minutes.
Pour cream, milk, vanilla extract and salt into a mixture of strawberry mixtures until smooth and slightly thickened, 10 to 15 seconds. Beat the red colorant in the cream mixture.
Pour the strawberry mixture into the ice machine container and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer ice cream to a sealable container, cover the ice with plastic wrap, close the container and freeze for 2 hours until the following day.
Process in an ice cream maker until it is thick. Immediately transfer to a closable container, cover with plastic wrap, cover the bowl with a lid and freeze for 2 hours until the following day.
