Chicken Hazarvi

Ingredients!
boneless chicken fillet,
2 inch cubes 8
ginger paste 2 tbsp
garlic paste 2 tbsp
white pepper powder 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
cheese, grated ½ cup
Green peppers, finely chopped 4
¼ teasel powder
nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
fresh coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons minced meat
egg 1
fresh cream ¾ cup
butter for stringing
Preparation!
Apply ginger paste, garlic paste, white pepper powder and salt to the chicken cubes and set aside.
Add the egg and mix well. Add the chicken to the cheese mixture.
Add fresh cream and mix gently.
Keep in the fridge for about two to three hours.
Place chicken on skewers and cook in a moderately hot tandoor or preheated oven (200 degrees Celsius) until just cooked and lightly colored.
7. Brush with melted butter and cook for another two minutes until the chicken is completely cooked.
