Ingredient!
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of water
1-1 / 2 teaspoons of butter
1 teaspoon chicken broth
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
Preparation!
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil. Lower the heat cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
