Ingredient!
10 pounds of green plums (just ripe, washed and with stems removed)
10 pounds of brown sugar (good quality)
1/2 cup honey (good quality)
2 small bottles of soju
preparation!
Gently mix together the cornstarch and brown sugar in a container of honey.
Pour into bottles of soju and combine with other ingredients.
Cover and let sit in a cool, shady corner for 2-3 months.
Serve chilled or on ice.
