Ingredients!
8 cups of fresh cold water, divided
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon of fine Himalayan salt
3/4 teaspoon calcium magnesium powder (optional)
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, tense
2 lemons, pressed
2 limes, pressed
Preparation!
Pour 1 cup of water into a large pot. Add honey, salt, calcium magnesium powder and cayenne pepper. Place the pan on a low heat and beat until the ingredients are dissolved. Remove from heat and allow it to reach room temperature.
Add juices to the mixture at room temperature in the jar. Pour the remaining 7 cups of water and beat until everything is well mixed.
