Ingredient!
60 grams 2ounce rice paper
1½ teaspoon miso paste
30 milliliters 1fl ounce sesame oil
30milliliter 1fl ounce light sodium soy sauce (gluten free optional)
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
2 teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon of peppers
½ teaspoon. black pepper
Preparation!
Whisk all ingredients except for the rice paper in a bowl. Set aside.
Stack 2 pieces of rice paper and hydrate in a bowl of cold water until slightly soft and pliable.
Cut the hydrated rice paper into strips using a pizza wheel.
Dip each strip in the soy mixture.
Lay a sheet of parchment paper directly over your oven grill.
Lay seasoned rice paper strips on the wax paper.
Bake for 6-8 minutes at 205 Celsius 400 Fahrenheit.
