Ingredient!
Produce
3 cloves of garlic
3 teaspoon onion
3 teaspoon parsley
Spices
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Baking & spices
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Oils and vinegar
1/8 cup of olive oil
Bread and baked goods
1 loaf of Italian bread
Dairy
1 stick of butter
12 oz Cheese, grated
Preparation!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix the melted butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds and parsley in a bowl.
Cut the bread into cubes with X slices without completely cutting through the bottom crust.
Carefully pour the garlic-onion-garlic mixture into those X-cracks with the help of a small spoon and over the top of the bread. Fill those delicious cracks with the grated cheese. (It seems like a lot of work and effort, but it’s all worth it. Yes.)
5 Wrap the whole loaf with foil, close the sides well and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and unpack. Bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and sticky.
