1 head cauliflower. Half cup cheese (favorite, shredded). 2 ounces cream cheese. 1 shallots (small, diced). olive oil
Preparation !
Chop cauliflower in food processor til consistency of rice. Saute shallots in olive oil til opaque. Add cauliflower. Cook 3-5 min til desired considencey. Stir in shredded cheese and soften cream cheese, cover for 3 minute til cheese melted. Add favorite herbs and spices, and serve
