Ingredient ! 1 half pound chicken. 2 medium potatoes. 2 medium carrots. 1 teaspoon garlic. 1 small onion . one by four kilogram beans. 1 teaspoon salt. 3 medium tomatoes. 125 gram  green peas. 135 gram tomato ketchup.
Preparation ! In a wok,heat a 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.saute the garlic until a bit brown,then follow the onion.
wait about 10 seconds and pour in chickens,stir until golden brown.follow with potatoes and carrots;stir for about 20 seconds and then put in beans and tomatoes. pour some water let it boil,and lastly pour in tomato ketchup.when the sauce become thick,turn off the heat.serve.
