dates (seedless -half cup). half ice water. half cup raisins. 3 tablespoons caramel syrup. 1 tablespoon rose water. ice cubes (as required)

Preparation !
In a food processor, add dates, raisins, 250 ml ice cold water and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Then add the caramel syrup, rose water, remaining 500 ml ice cold water and blend again. Now pass the mixture through a sieve, and collect the remaining liquid. Fill the glasses with ice cubes as required and then pour out the drink in glasses. Garnish with pine nuts, raisins and serve chilled.
