Ingredient ! Chicken diced 2centimeter cubes. Oil. Garlic paste. Ginger paste. Salt. Cooked Rice. Long beans finely chopped.
Celery finely chopped. Carrots finely chopped Brown sugar 1teaspoon 1 Egg. Chinese Salt. Soy Sauce.
Preparation ! Cook Rice (should not be sticky but fluffy) and separate the grains. In a frypan heat oil, add garlic, ginger and onion cook for few seconds and add sugar and mix. Add egg and keep stirring till fried. Add chicken mix well and cook till tender and water is evaporated. Add all the vegetables and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Add rice, salt, chinese salt and soy sauce and mix well. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes and serve.
