Ingredient! half (about 2.2kilo gram ) seedless watermelon, peeled, coarsely chopped. 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Mint leaves, to serve. Ice cubes, to serve.
Preparation! Place watermelon, ginger and lemon juice in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Add sugar, if desired. Strain through a fine sieve into a serving jug. Add mint and ice cubes and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
