Ingredient ! 5 large grated carrot. 6 tablespoon ghee. 6 powdered green cardamom. 2 cup sugar. 1 handful cashews. 2 cup water.
Preparation ! Heat two tablespoon ghee in a kadhai and fry the grated carrot till the raw smell goes.
Fry the cashew nuts and keep aside. Boil sugar and water to reach one string consistency. Add the grated carrot to it and then add remaining ghee. Stir well till ghee leaves the sides of the kadhai. Add fried cashew and cardamom powder and mix well.
Pour into a greased plate. Allow the burfi to cool and cut it into pieces.
