2 fresh passionfruit. 2 tablespoon sugar. FOR THE SALAD. 1 cup honeydew melon. 1 cup orange sun melon. 1 cup yellow watermelon. 1 large mango. 2 starfruit. 1 small handful mint leaves
Preparation !
Combine the passionfruit pulp and sugar together in a small bowl, mixing well to break up the passionfruit sacs to release the juice. Set aside.
Place prepared fruit in a large glass bowl and pour passionfruit syrup over, tossing gently to combine. Cover and chill thoroughly for 1 to 2 hours, scatter mint leaves over and serve.
