Ingredient! 6-8 taco shells. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 onion, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup sliced celery. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken. one by three cup red hot buffalo sauce. one by three cup heavy cream . 2 cups chopped tomatoes. 2 avocados, peeled and chopped. two by three cup blue cheese salad dressing. 1- half cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese.
Preparation! Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit Place taco shells on baking sheet and warm in oven according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic cook and stir until tender, about 4-6 minutes. Add celery, chicken, buffalo sauce, and heavy cream stir for about a minute to heat through, and remove from heat. Fill taco shells with some of the chicken mixture, and top with tomatoes, avocados, blue cheese salad dressing, and shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
