Ingredient!
3/4 cup broccoli florets (fresh, small)
Three-headed cauliflower florets (fresh)
1/2 cup sliced carrots (diagonal)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of honey
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Preparation!
Steam the vegetables, covered for 2 minutes.
Rinse well under cold water.
Combine herbs in a frying pan over medium heat and cook constantly for 2 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix spice mix, sour cream, vinegar and honey.
Add vegetables and mix well.
