Ingredient!
For Egg Fried Rice:
3 eggs
½ cup of green peas
1 bunch of spring onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
1 cup of basmati rice (you can use any rice)
3 cups of water
Salt to taste
Preparation!
Take the rice in a pan and wash it (pour water into the pan and remove it by holding your hand on the edge of the pan).
Boil 3 cups of water in the kettle and put it in the rice pan.
Keep the pan on the full heat and add salt.
Cook it on full heat for 10-12 minutes. It will have to stir in between.
Check rice and take one in your finger (be careful, it will be too hot) and press it. If it is soft, it is done.
Now place all rice in the sieve, all the water will be filtered out of the rice. Allow 2-3 minutes to get rid of all the water.
