Ingredient
2 teaspoons of oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon ginger puree
6-7 garlic cloves, crushed
1 chopped red pepper
1 bowl of steamed rice
Salt, to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
Preparation!
In a saucepan, add the oil.
Add the egg Cook for one minute.
Add ginger, garlic and red peppers.

Garnish with cilantro leaves.
