Ingredient!
4 1/2 cups of common flour
2 1/2 tsp salt to dough
1 teaspoon dry yeast
2 cups of lukewarm water
1-3 tsp mashed, roasted garlic
Preparation!

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Add water 1 cup at a time, combining all dry ingredients with the first cup of water before adding the second cup. Importantly, take the time to incorporate the first cup completely before moving to the second.
Add the mashed roasted garlic
Cover and let rise at room temperature anywhere from 8-12 hours
Just before covering the stiffened dough flour a clean cutting board and prepare kitchen scissors with knives dipped in flour. Then keep the oven at 400 degrees and place cast iron or enamel jars over to preheat at the same time.
WITH OVERSEAS, remove hot plate from oven, wipe bottom of pan lightly with olive oil and place on oven at the top.
Turn the rice up onto the floured surface, a rubber spatula can help here and gently shape into a ball. Transfer dough ball from the floured surface to hot pan, a dough scraper is useful for this.
Use prepared kitchen scissors to cut a cross in the top of your bread, sprinkle generously with sea salt and bake for 45-50 minutes, until bread is a beautiful golden brown and the bottom, tapped, makes a slightly hollow sound.
Immediately remove from pan and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack before cutting. Serve
