Ingredient!
12 ounce of corned beef
2 whole spring onions
½ onion
4 cloves of garlic
10 sprigs of thyme
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon of canola oil
1 teaspoon of butter
1 float baking recipe
Preparation!
Make the dough for the bake and set it aside for proofing.
Meanwhile, place a large frying pan on the heat over medium heat. Add oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add the onion and the baked dough until soft, for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and thyme and cook
Add corned beef and use a large spoon to break into smaller pieces. Add spring onion and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool.
At this point the dough should be ready. Now on a floured surface, roll the dough to a thickness of ½ inch and cut with a round cutter of 5 inches. A drinking glass will also work well.
Place the dough circle in your palm and take a spoonful of the cooled corned beef.
Squeeze the edges of the dough and form a seal around the corned beef mixture. Place on a floured surface and smooth with your palm. Do this slowly to ensure that the filling does not burst through the dough.
When the oil is hot, carefully put in the oil and fry until golden brown, turn them once to color both sides brown.
Remove oil with a slotted spoon and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper to drain and cool. Serve hot.
